The Wirral Peninsula... it really is such a wonderful place. One always thinks of industrialism and the working class society when Wirral or Birkenhead is mentioned - but there is so many area's of beauty and significance too, and its these area's that people either forget, or simply cannot imagine to be associated with Wirral.

PhotoWirral is a website to showcase images of various locations around the Wirral Peninsula and it's surrounding area's. All the photographs are taken by myself, Matt Cullum. I am a young amateur scenic photographer and I have lived on the Wirral Peninsula most of my life.

Under Construction
This website is a work in progress thing. The project was started in April 2005 and originally it was intended to launch in Summer 2008. However, due to a fairly high amount of interest in the project, I have started to bring it online early, although it won't be complete until 2008 at the earliest.
 
A Website For Wirral - Wikiwirral.co.uk
If you live on the Wirral, or have done so in the past, you may be interested in a local run website called Wikiwirral. The aim of the website is to server the people of Wirral and focus's on issues that affect local people as well as a place for friendly banter. It is based around a user forum and has a very welcoming and friendly community with a growing user base. I myself am a member and use it regularly under the username MattLFC.
