This website is not a profit making website, nor do I make any profit out of photography, it is simply a hobby, something that I really enjoy doing. All the images and content on this website (photowirral.com), are subject to copyright and protected by the United Kingdom Designs and Patents Act 1988, and by use of the © copyright symbol, are also protected by applicable international law's.

No person or organization, may make use of the images or text on this website in any way, including (but not limited to) via publication, re-production, copying, duplication or broadcasting, without the express written permission of myself (Matt Cullum).

Eventually, visitor's will have the option to obtain prints should they wish, as this is something that has had interest before. If this does in the future make a small kind of profit, it will be far outweighed by the cost of my camera, ongoing travel expenses, my time in developing the site, my costs to maintain the site and keep it online etc...

Also, the images are kept small (300x225 pixels) to protect my intellectual property from people wishing to make profit from them, and use images without my permission.
 
I am not against others, particularly non-profit websites and organizations, using my work, so please feel free to contact me should you wish to use any of the content.
 
Photograph's may be used without permission on non-profit websites and forums, so long as you ensure that the tag (defined as the "©photowirral.com" logo found on each photograph) is retained on the photograph.
 
As all photographs are subject to copyright law, anyone found to be breaking this law, particularly with the intent to make a profit or suggest the work is that of their own, may be prosecuted under applicable law. Most images are taken at a minimum of 6.3 megapixel resolution, of which only I have access to the original's. With the original's, proving the work is that of my own would be very easy in a court of law.
